StreamLnk provides an AI-powered B2B ecosystem designed to facilitate global industrial material trade. Our platform offers specialized portals (such as MyStreamLnk, E-Stream, and others) and a suite of tools and services to connect buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers. StreamLnk primarily acts as a platform facilitator and, unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific service agreements, is not a direct party to transactions or disputes between users.
3. User Accounts & Verification
3.1. Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You agree to notify StreamLnk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3. Verification (KYC/AML)
StreamLnk reserves the right to perform identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks as required by law or as deemed necessary for platform integrity. You consent to these checks and agree to provide all necessary information and documentation. Failure to comply or unsatisfactory verification results may lead to suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.
4. Platform Use & Conduct
4.1. Lawful and Ethical Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
4.2. Prohibited Activities
You shall not engage in any activity that constitutes fraud, involves illegal substances or activities, infringes upon intellectual property rights, involves harassment or abusive behavior, constitutes spamming, or interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. 5. Fees and Payments

6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. StreamLnk IP
The Service and all its materials, including, without limitation, software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks (including "StreamLnk", "MyStreamLnk", "E-Stream"), service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of StreamLnk and its licensors. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works thereof.
6.2. Your IP
You (or your licensors) retain ownership of your User Content and any intellectual property rights therein. The license granted to StreamLnk in Section 4.3 is solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

StreamLnk respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law (e.g., the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in the U.S.).

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREAMLNK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StreamLnk and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
11. Term and Termination
These Terms are effective and will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, particularly if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms.
